Project description

ZR - Planning Revision Folder Site Plan Approval application to facilitate the development of Block 4 of the former LCBO lands, part of the comprehensively planned Lower Yonge Precinct. Blocks 1 and 2 of the LCBO lands are already under development, and Block 3 has been conveyed as a City Park. The proposal is comprised of 3 towers having heights of 70, 78, and 85 storeys atop individual mixed-use podiums. The north building includes a 990 m² daycare and space for a 5,613 m² elementary public school, both to be located in the existing heritage building on site. A total of 1,291 m² of non-residential floor area is proposed as well as 173,713 m² of residential GFA, resulting in 2,606 residential units inlcuding 178 affordable housing units.
